These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of CTX products and any interactions with Delhi Cutlery Mart. By placing an order or engaging with our brand, you agree to these terms.

1. Brand Overview

CTX is a premium brand of fastening solutions developed and marketed by Delhi Cutlery Mart. Since 1959, we have built a reputation for precision, strength, and innovation in industrial hardware.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All listed prices are inclusive of GST and are quoted in INR.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, raw material costs, or government taxation.
• All previous price lists are void and superseded by the latest release.
• We accept payments via approved banking channels. All payments must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  

3. Orders and Fulfillment

• Orders will be processed based on stock availability and confirmed payment.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
• In the case of bulk or customized orders, lead times may vary based on production schedules.
• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
  

4. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

• Items once sold will not be accepted for return or replacement.
• No cancellation is accepted once the order is confirmed and processed for dispatch.
• In the rare event of damaged or defective goods received (due to manufacturing fault), claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Any replacement (if approved) will be solely at our discretion and limited to product defects arising from manufacturing, not misuse or mishandling.
  

5. Product Information & Warranty

• All CTX products are designed with precision and undergo rigorous quality checks.
• Specifications, product designs, and packaging are subject to updates or improvements without prior notice.
• While we ensure top-notch quality, CTX and Delhi Cutlery Mart will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from improper usage, installation, or third-party modifications.
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, brand names, logos, packaging, product designs, and related materials under CTX and Delhi Cutlery Mart are intellectual property protected by law.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall CTX or Delhi Cutlery Mart be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
• Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.

8. Jurisdiction

• All business transactions, disputes, and legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the business relationship will be resolved in accordance with Indian laws.
